Lazy Staff!

I had a question for the Habbox Help desk, so I went there. There was only one person there, Shockwave.cc I think. He didn't respond to me when I asked if he works there, but he stood up and sat down again. Today, I went there again and the exact same thing happened. Why is no one working at the help desk?!

Shockwave.2cc isn't staff and you will not get a response from him as it's not HxSS (Habbox Summer Spectacular).

There's also only 7 Help Desk Staff including the manager, only one of which is from the UK (I've just found that out about looking at the staff list, that's pretty shocking) with another 3 not logging on for 4 days (who could potentially be posted away) and another who hasn't logged in since September. It might just be that at that time there were no staff available to go into the Help Desk, and if you went in at the same time on both days, that might have been the case again.

HxHD staff are always behind the bar, anyone else in the desk will just be a visitor really! Most of our users and visitors are kind and helpful but others just prefer sitting there and idling - Shockwave is one of those people! Hope you got the answer to your question though :)
