Ok listen...im neptunes really good friend....and im over his house all the time....and when im there and hes making alts, hes alwayz making them on paint he doesnt use nething else. The only reason i think u dont believe him is cuz everyone is fricken jealous...jus put it thru ur heads....HE USES PAINT GOD DAMMIT !!!

P@ND@, why dont u ever listen, yes the shading can be done with paint, double click the colour u want and then click define custom colours, at the right is a black arrow move it for different shades!!!!! its not hard get that through ur head!
