YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEY TOM - WELL DONE ON BEING PROMOTED :D @King-Tom (https://www.habboxforum.com/member.php?u=101347);
Thread merged by Despect (Trialist Forum Moderator) as there's already a thread posted with the same topic which can be found here (https://www.habboxforum.com/showthread.php?t=839011).
Understandable, well deserved, but my question is why does such a quiet department need an assistant or is it a case of recognising commitment?

We've got a lot more DJs, it's got bigger, getting more intl DJs so I think Tom becoming ARM is what we needed. Very well deserved :D

Congratulations Tom!
Joe; there's currently 25 staff including management (this also includes those who haven't been on in a while), so I'm assuming that having one chief in command for 25 staff is a little hard to manage! I understand that there are Head and Senior DJs, but having two people means that if one isn't online the other can verify stuff and there's always someone there in case the other is away. I could be completely wrong with this though, but it seems that way to me :P.

This is 100% correct. I feel like Ive been around for so long as management and I'm not going to be around forever so its my job to bring up someone who I feel one day would be ready to take over my role and keep HabboxLive running smoothly. I have full confidence that with my experience I can help Tom see how good he is and how he can be even better.
