I haven't personally, on TV though yeah. I remember my mum tld me that this lady was giving birth on a tram and she stayed with the lady till the ambulance came, she was there like getting the lady to breath etc.

Yes, my mother is a well-known, recognisable person/paramedic so whenever someone has a medical emergency they try and flag her down before calling for an ambulance, even when there's a car load of us in the car.
Been a few births she's helped out with with me present.
