If you have a fansite and you want it to become official or you would like to keep your fansite as an offcial fansite, you can visit the public Picnic room and fill out our Official Fansite Poll. Below is some of the things that we wil be looking for:spromo_fsapps

- A unique front page. This doesn't mean that you can't use templates, but it does mean that we don't want to see sites that look the same.

- An active community. We want to see other Habbos interacting with your website.

- No exclusive forums. We need to see all aspects of your websites.

The application process will remain open until Monday the 19th of December. Good luck!

Nah I'm not 100% sure if we're going to get official again but if everyone puts in the effort than there's no reason we can't stand at least the smallest of chances. (If we have a small chance that is).

why would they not?

Habbox has been official for ages and I'm pretty sure that although the benefits of being an official fansite seem to have become less and less worthwhile (imo), it's still a form of advertising for Habbox and they have nothing to lose by reapplying and abiding by the new conditions. If/when Habbox becomes unofficial then I'd imagine there's really no reason for Habbox to remain open. With rare values having died and it being left dead for so long - combined with the declining staff levels + the little to no events every week etc - suggests to me that the only reason we've remained official for so long is because we still take the title of being the longest running and for Habbo they probably wouldn't want to lose that.

If Habbo ever decide that they could use our 'Official' status on a bigger, better and more popular fansite then that'd be us over. I think for now the only thing actually worth doing is for management to try their best to remain official. It would be stupid to not reapply (unless you wanted to take the quick way out and just close here and now, which in that case yes don't reapply).

I don't see why Habbox wouldn't have a chance at being re-elected to be official.
Though I do agree in saying we've got a lot of private sections on the forum, but let's be honest- doesn't all the fansites have them?

I'm guessing spam and the other forums that were previously hidden for members only to see have been made visible to guests too? Or don't they mean it like that when they say they want to see all? :P

I think from what I gathered from what they will be looking for is all being able to be viewed by guests and menbers. Which I think has been done?

Habbox has the same chance of remaining official as all other fansites. We may have lost quite a few staff and some of the community departments not being as active as they used to be but I think we still stand within a chance of becoming/remaining official again.

I'm sure Habbox has made sure the sites now abide by the Habbos new fansite T&Cs.

A good list, but it's weird I've always known HabbCrazy to be official and now they're not, I know it was a limited list and worthy fansites got on the list, but still.
