Isn't it wrong to call it an "attack" unless that's been confirmed? It could be an accident like that bin truck in Scotland a few years ago.

Reports that the driver is on the run and the truck showed no sign of slowing down.

Various non-mainstream media news sources I follow.
Worryingly one which I follow which is pro-Sunni/Islamic State seems to be pretty quick with reports.

Mainstream media now picking it up.
Clearly as Obama would say we need more common sense truck control.

Well maybe you should post your sources instead of stealing their pictures and saying THE DRIVER IS ON THE RUN. Without actually backing it up but whatever.
Lorry crash at Christmas market at Breitscheidplatz in Berlin is deliberate attack, German police

@xxMATTGxx (https://www.habboxforum.com/member.php?u=1020);
I would if your forum would allow me to post tweets properly.
In any case just because the BBC/Sky say it doesn't make it anymore truthful. They're often 10 mins behind new media. If you know where to get fresh up-to-date non-pretend neutral news then go and get it, don't wait for Reuters to confirm it half an hour later!

You created the thread saying "attack" straight away without actually linking to any sources saying that. I'm not saying it has to be on the BBC or Sky News site but you still didn't post any source.

@xxMATTGxx (https://www.habboxforum.com/member.php?u=1020); Hasn't been working properly in recent weeks for me, been 50/50 sometimes if it shows up.

If I posted my sources people would still say 'well who is that' and want mainstream sources.
I know from past experience which sources I trust with certain types of news. Like I said, one is pro-Islamic State but is quick.

How, it can't fail. All it does is embed a tweet... It doesn't just stop working and start working again. It would only fail if Twitter was offline.

What twitter account was it from? It won't embed the tweet if it has been deleted.
Edit: The one you posted last in the EU ref thread, I have 98% feeling that tweet is no longer there on twitter which is why it isn't showing.

If the tweet was there when you posted it, it would show. But, if it then gets deleted by the person who tweeted it. It will vanish from the forum - As it's getting the data from twitter and would still need to be there.

hmm not sure you know. another thing that has broke too at same time
you know when i reply to you, if i don't put writing like your name linked or a quote above what i type then it won't let me to any spaces between my words. so if i just typed back to you now without an @ at you then my textwouldbeliketthisbecausewouldn'tletmeusespaces
that's starting happening in same time frame as the problem with twitter links

Are you using Google Chrome by any chance and the "Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing" editor? It will tell you which one you are using here: https://www.habboxforum.com/profile.php?do=editoptions
If the answer is yes to both then:
Just to manage expectations - this is almost certainly an incompatibility between new versions of Chrome and the now quite old version of CKEditor that vBulletin 4 uses as its message editor.
There is no development work on vB4 now, as it is not the current product. The only work being done is php compatibility, any security issues that come up, and a handful of very minor bug fixes. Development work is focused on vB5.
Replacing the version of CKEditor in vB4 would be a major undertaking, requiring months of developer and QA time. I'm afraid that is not likely to happen.
Probably the best bet for any users affected is to get them to switch to the text-only editor ('source mode) instead of the WYSIWYG. They can do this in their user settings.

They might not have actually caught the guy:
Germany's Die Welt newspaper is quoting a "high-raking security source" as saying the arrested Pakistani man is not believed to be the person who carried out the deadly attack.
The man has denied any involvement.
"The real attacker is still armed and on the loose and can do more damage," the source told the newspaper.
Police and special units have been informed, the source told Die Welt.
Berlin police have renewed their calls for people in the city to report anything suspicious.

Was just about to post this.
I wouldn't be surprised if the one guilty is yet another European citizen.

There come times in history when a leader or government may be so acting against the interests of its population that it must be removed by constitutional means or by other means if constitutional means are not possible. Angela Merkel by any measure has actively and knowingly aided the influx of hundreds if not thousands of jihadists into Germany and into other European countries resulting in mass rapes, the raping of European children and multiple terrorist attacks against the German people.
The Witch of the East deserves to swing from a lamp post.
