Pretty good, tend to get to sleep by half 11 and then get up at 7. I try not to get up too late on the weekend too.

a mess

it was fine (probably the best it has been in a very long time) until last week i had a lot of college deadlines so i was going to sleep at 3am and waking up at like 6am

now i'm off and go to sleep at like 11pm wake up at 1pm

depends as i do a mix of day and night shifts day shifts are good cos i get home at about 9pm eat then straight to bed up at 5am again for the next shift but nights slightly harder as get home at about 9am and sleep till usually 3pm get ready go back to work for half 7, but it's hard coming off nights like at the mo i have two days off so i finished my shift early this morn was in bed for about half 9 but forced myself to get up at half 11 so i can actually do stuff on my days off rather than just sleep, had a little nap 1pm-2pm cos i was exhausted. it's the worst when they put me on a night then a 'day off' then a day shift the next day as it's so hard to adjust. speaking of which i am exhausted so off to bed now lol!

At the moment it's pretty annoying - with all the people on flexible hours where I work, the earliest shift I could have was 12pm, which was fine, until it started alternating with the fill shift that got moved to 7am. So last week I did 7 o'clock starts Tuesday - Saturday, luckily had Sunday and Monday off and now I start on my 12pm shifts again tomorrow. It started 2 weeks ago and I'm on 7am starts next week too (it might have changed back to 2pm by then though). So I've been waking up at 5am, on my days off I've been waking up a little later, but I adjusted to the earlier starting times so I got up earlier on my days off, but now it's all been undone and I have to readjust for later shifts again.

At the moment it's fine according to my work schedule. Get up at 10 to 5 in the morning. Go to sleep at 8:30pm, 9:00pm at the latest.
Need to keep at it on the weekends too or by Monday it's all messed up again.

Okay-ish. Normally in bed by 11-12pm. Have to get up for work between 6-7am depending on the shift and on days off I keep a similarish pattern waking up naturally about 8am.
