According to Google, 'finna' is 'fixing to', which means you're 'about to' do something.

Also it's more of a shortening, but I hate the word "feels" just use feelings it's one syllable longer grr.

I've seen the screenshot before and that's the only time I've ever heard/seen it as well.

I've seen people on Instagram and twitter (retweets) say it quite a bit I just assumed it was a typo for gonna I'm p sure I've made that typo before

That might have been where it came from ;). A lot of people might have typed finna instead of gonna, it means the same thing apparently after all!
