Like proper boots or the astro turf trainers?
When I got my latest proper boots, I had to break them in, first pair of boots I've had to break in, but my first ever pair of Puma ones, to do that I just ran up and down the 3g pitch a few times

If they are Astros they look trendy worn as Trainers, but not if with Studs

Yeah I'm on about astros too, they're designed for astro (obv) or smoothed sports flooring. Walking them around the streets will mess up the soft sole

I generally don't play football or have any interest in it at all. Are £150 - £200 boots actually worth the money? Like what can they do that a normal pair of boots that are cheaper do?
Sorry if I sound so stupid here I've just always wanted to know :(.

The boots make no difference other than comfort, they pop on a load of nonsense about how a 0.5mm strip of rubber will help you to hit perfect curling shots but outside of advertising it's admitted by manufacturers that once you pass the £60 mark there's really no difference whatsoever. Boots like Predators are made purposely to have an inflated value just like top designer clothing

They help you when kicking the Ball better - it's like Converse Jumpers v un-branded and un-branded Joggers v Branded ones
So yep would sure say they are worth the price tag!
