Well done to everyone who got promotions. All very deserved. I know some people are probably like omg how did Liam get asst but lets face it he was one of the most active members in the room, he's helped out people who come in when no-one is behind the desk. Yeah sure he's had his moments where he was quite rude to people but I think he has a lot of great ideas and I'm sure working with John who is new to the department he can pass on quite a lot of knowledge of how the help desk works since he's been hxhd staff before.

It's great to see new people in HxHD management and Senior positions. Hope to work with you all soon! :D
