so my question is, do u get involved or shun it? i've been in convos before where people try get me to sorta come down one way or other on work politics and i always stay neutral as possible cos i dont wanna get involved. so i'm like like "mmphmm" when stuff is said

Not much drama where I work but there's little bits from time to time. On the odd occasion there is drama I just run away because I can't deal with confrontation. Will just put my head down and pretend I can't hear any1.

at my old job I was always at the centre of it but I didn't CAUSE it, tried to be out of it myself but then just heard bitching behind my back so much

at new job there's very little drama between us cos we're all so busy, just get on with our jobs really :(
