Two new FAQ topics added.

After reading through this weeks Newsie (http://www.habbohotel.co.uk/habbo/en/community/) i had decided to browse through the FAQ's (http://www.habbohotel.co.uk/habbo/en/help/faq/) and i had found two new sections which are; Console (Friends List) (http://www.habbohotel.co.uk/habbo/en/help/faq/faq_category/?id=27) and Habbo Updates (http://www.habbohotel.co.uk/habbo/en/help/faq/faq_category/?id=26).

These have obviously been added due to the v8 installation.
