Shooting at a Quebec City mosque, multiple dead

There has been a shooting at a mosque in Quebec City.
Police are reporting multiple fatalities and injuries but can't confirm any exact numbers at this time.
Reports indicate there may be as many as 5 dead and at least a dozen injuries.
It happened at the Centre Culturel Islamique de Quebec on Sainte-Foy St. just before 8 pm Sunday night.


Two suspects have been arrested but police say there may be others involved.
Multiple ambulances are on the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
Phillipe Couillard tweeted several times on Sunday night, denouncing the violent act and stating that his government is mobilizing to ensure Quebecers are safe.

More information will be told about this. The reason why I decided to post this is because I am from Quebec.

Not sure if that specific article mentions it, but another source said that the gunmen had yelled 'Allahu Akbar' while it was taking place.

Regardless of who did the shooting, it's horrible and no-one should have to suffer because of someone else's anger, I don't imagine you'll actually find people saying that it's ok because the shooter didn't have a Westernised name

Canadian Media (I just watched the news) they stated that only one shooter named Alexandre Bissonnette I guess he was the
only one? They're stating that mohamed guy is now considered a witness.
