We don't need kids to pick their gender just don't force them in or out of something they enjoy because of their genitals. If your male offspring decides they're a girl aged 6 because they want to play with dolls that's your (and society's) failure to accept what they like, since gender dysphoria can't truly kick in until post-puberty bodies are formed and anything before that is down to what you've taught them is acceptable

no i don't think it is acceptable for boys to act/dress as girls and vice versa.
it's the failure of crazy parents to teach their children normal boy/girl behaviour which is the problem

It's a girl. Simply put. If she decides later on she doesn't want to be that's her choice, but I can imagine putting her in genderless clothes might do more harm than good probably causing confusion

It's her choice, good on him! I'm sure conversations will be had before any drastic changes.

You mean what society has set as the gender norm for girls and boys.

didn't watch the video but assuming it goes along with your reply, as it mentions gay do you blame your parents failings for you being gay?
if your parents brought you up knocking dating girls is normal do you think that would have made any difference?

Ridiculous.
Vagina = girl, penis = boy.

What about people with both
That's a bit like me saying "humans can walk", and then someone responding "what if they are paralysed".
Extreme health circumstances can obviously change situations. Font people with both get one removed anyway? Id probably go down to the "do they have all the parts to have a baby"?

You aren't the only one, be whoever you want to be. If it makes you happy then who is anyone to judge, That's simply how I see it.

No it isn't because "able to walk" isn't part of the definition of human :P the rarity of intersex people doesn't mean they don't exist

Being intersex is a health problem, though, surely? It isn't "normal", it's an anomaly that isn't supposed to occur.

Oh yeah definitely it's a medical anomaly but it still happens :P just saying that that doesn't fit with the rigid definitions you put out earlier, and sex/gender (as with most things) isn't entirely black and white, especially if you differentiate between the definition of sex and definition of gender, which to be frank most people don't but would solve a lot of problems
