tbh i'm awful and i'll leave them unread for hours, sometimes days before i actually reply
or something i'll open a message and go do something else quickly but end up forgetting about it completely

It depends tbh, I sometimes come online and I feel not really in the mood to talk so I only reply to important messages and thats it but I am getting better at reading and replying to messages though!

Yes and no! If it's my boyfriend I'll reply as soon as possible, with other people though (mainly work colleagues, well some of them) they'll start talking to me and it's fine for a few minutes and then I just don't really want to reply/talk to them anymore; when this happens I usually don't reply for a bit, or end the conversation some what.

Yeah generally, I sometimes miss them on whatsapp but I catch up on them quite quickly.

Most of the times I do postpone the act of replying a message so I write an essay-sized text for everyone and, lots of hours later, my interlocutor does the same, if s/he has the same enthusiasm

basically, it accidentaly happens to become a letter-styled conversation

You're more responsive on the forum I'd say! :D

Most of the time, I do quickly reply. Unless you send me a text, I don't know what is with them, but I usually reply slower there than anywhere else.

Wish that I'd be better at writing applications, for positions and jobs. Just found out how much of a valuable skill that can be

Lol, I pretty much pay for my phone to go on Facebook... Texting for me is a hard thing to keep up with, though I do it.. haha. Rarely.

Unless I reply straight away sometimes I can forget about a message entirely and not reply for ages. But also as others have said, it depends on the person! I've definitely become better at replying as I used to not even bother taking my phone out with me sometimes

i'm usually good at replying, pretty much instantly. sometimes i'll forget if i'm in the middle of something and then end up thinking i'm waiting for them to reply.

Not sure if this makes sense, but if I don't reply, I have a tension that builds inside of me.

Very bad. I hate messaging. Too much work to think, to type and to explain. i love talking face to face and most people just don't get that which make things worse.

No, I'm terrible. I'll often leave texts for days, and any sort of message on a forum or website... better give me at least a month.

I'm definitely bad at replying, I usually leave it to think about it and then never get back to it, and worry that I've left it too long and end up just not replying. I have got to get into the habit of replying quick!!

Not always? Though I guess I just don't always want to talk, I'll read the message as soon as I realise I've been sent it but it can take me days to feel like replying

Used to be way faster than now; instead, my head insists on suggesting am not with the mindset to reply something of substance, postponing the message sending during weeks! The cold truth is: we're never ready
