Hellooo! I need some help with people filling out my dissertation questionnaire. It takes approx. 20 minutes. I'm investigating the links between internet usage, individual differences and negative mood states. Will copy the brief form below (it's also included in my questionnaire!):
The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between internet usage and individual differences such as personality, coping strategies and mood states.
In particular, we want to explore whether specific personalities and moods might result in greater internet usage. Participating in the study will involve filling in a few general details such as your age, and a total of five short questionnaires that will gather information on several factors. In total, these questionnaires will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. These questionnaires will ask about how much time you spend on the internet, your mood and how you have been feeling in the past week, how you cope when faced with a difficult situation and questions relating to personality type.
Everything is completely anonymous! All you do is make up an ID for yourself, so that if you don't wish me to use your answers I can easily remove them.
I will throw in a month of BC and do a draw for someone to win it, so just post if you're interested in winning that. If you're interested in participating, reply to the thread and I'll either PM you or message you on Skype (can't post it publicly as it includes some private stuff).
