This one is hard. I feel that there would be a lot of tension. If you were sexually involved with them.
If you weren't, I still think that there would be a lot of built up questions, jealousy, and maybe some resentment towards the actual friendship.

But that's only been my experience.

I tried to my friends with my ex (who im back together with now) but when we tried to be friends it was too hard.. like Brad said so much jealousy and feelings were still very strong hence us getting back together haha.

but back to the topic at hand i mean, its different for some people. i would never want to be friends with my exes because i find it awkward as hell we talk for a while and then i remember why theyre over because that annoying or argumentative side or tension between us would uprise x

I definitely tried to make mine as peacefully ended as possible. Don't want to have anything nasty hanging over my head in the future.
