Slash or Brian May

Which is the better guitarist?
They are both amazing and there no doubt they both have talent but which do you prefer.
An for teh record they both have big hair ;)
I can tell you now that Thrilled will say Slash and i'm saying BM lol

Haha. Personally, I prefer Slash and his work but I believe May is the better guitarist. They're both very similar players but Brian May is definately the better of the two but Slash has only been about 20 years. Brian's been about much longer.
Random fact, Brian May is one of Slash's hero's.

I'd say the same as Thrilled- BM is better than Slash, but I think Slash makes better music. I'm really looking forward to the new Slash album (the Stevie Wonder collaboration album)

I jsut read an interview with Slash in Total Guitar magazine, and he said something about "working on an album with SW".

Lmao. What an odd couple, I'd prefer a Slash/Axl Rose duet personally :].Should be good though yeah, looking forward more-so to GnR's new album (If it ever comes out) and VR's new'en to be honest.

I prefer Slash, but only because Guns N roses are like one of my fav bands and i was born listening to them.
