So as title says, have you ever been praised but not in a "good work everyone" way but specifically relating to you?
I've been told I was described by the manager as one of the most reliable and fast at my job.

Sometimes, I remember being really quick working cages and getting more done than I usually do and both the manager on duty and the Lead Sales told me I worked really well and said well done.
Mainly it's because something looks good that I've remerchandised!
I also remember in my Lead Sales interview I got a well done because I said something about the company that the Area Manager forgot so he was really impressed with that.

Yeah quite often. We have a bonus scheme and we get personal praise for things.

Yeah, it happens. More so in the last week because I've realised if I just get on with the work and do what I can, the shift goes faster and it makes work life easier for everyone. It's worked well so far. Usually it's my team leader being impressed by how much I've done, and that I've actually used my initiative to figure out what needs to be done unlike some people at our workplace.

I get it quite often because of the nature of my work I often get told that I did really well and handled the situation really well and I do the same to my fellow work collegues :).

Yaa all the time tbh my manager went through a phase of calling the area manager literally daily to tell her how good I am lmfao crazy and others often comment on me being good at the job
I'd prefer not to tho like i just like to be left alone and get on with work in peace

voluntary charity job no because they never had enough volunteers which meant i was left in the back sorting donations with the older volunteers at front sorting stock and processing purchases etc so never really had time to praise each other
admin job nope never she never actuall said well done or was happy with what i did though always kept giving me more and more work - one of the reasons i moved into retail
work experience at school yes my supervisor was always telling me how all the teachers gave good feedback on my classroom assistance and she told me on my last day that i shouldnt consider any other career other than teaching so was really pleasing to hear that

Yeah, every once in a while I get a good job of some sorts. Working in fast food can be quite stressful!

I'm not praised to a large number of people, but people do praise me for doing an outstanding job when their expectations were lower.
