Saudi Arabia's embassy has confirmed that the man who killed four people outside Britain's Parliament building taught in Saudi Arabia for 2 years and had a total of 3 visits to the country. Under two visits, he taught from November 2005 to November 2006 and again from April 2008 to April 2009.
The embassy also said that he had a work visa and returned to Saudi Arabia for 6 days through an approved travel agent in March of 2015. The attacker, Adrian Elms, had a violent temper and England and was convicted at least twice for violent crimes.
Investigators are still trying to determine possible motives, but some do think that he became radicalized in jail as an inmate during one of his lockups in England.
