i buy the majority of my makeup from nyx cos it's super cheap for the quality of it and it's vegan!!!!

their lipquid eyeliner is rly good and has the perfect brush on it for application, i struggle a lot with eyeliners cos i can never find one with a good applicator but this is defo the best one ive used
i also use one of their eye palettes which has 16 diff colours in theyre all like peachy red brown shades including some sparkly ones which is perfect for any occasion rly! i love it

I just use a pencil one so doesn't matter what brand really as long as it's black like my soul, liquid I always manage to mess up enormously so I avoid it myself

EYESHADOW literally just get any of these they're cheap and such good quality (don't get the gold one though that is shit).
