I'm not a big fan of it, it just feels like they've made things more confusing then they need to be.

I don't use it on my phone but the desktop update is hideous too so I downgraded it until I'm 100% forced to change

It looks different, but I rarely use it on my phone! Forgot to update it on my laptop though, but I'll wait until I can be bothered to.

I personally don't mind it. The UX is fine and not really hard to use. Interface is cleaner and nicer as well, my only problem is with how big all the text is (on mobile at least) I don't need people looking over my shoulder and seeing HABBOX STAFF CHAT screaming at them...
The colour chat thing is nice, it's easier to see different people's comments now in group chats.

Have yet to update my desktop one so can't comment on that, I usually use mobile anyway.

You posted the first photo in the original post, then you posted the second photo as a separate reply a few minutes afterwards. I merged them both together to make one post, you can tell cause it says "Sent from iPhone" between the two images.

Yeah it takes forever to recognise I've read messages so I have the unread messages bubble on all the time even though I've read everything.

Personally, the overall design seems a bit overminimalistic to me, and it seems like it's harder to understand. Maybe I'll get used to the update after I install it, but it may not be any time soon.

UX sucks - the amount of times I've accidentally clicked on the 'send location' button instead of the send button on the mobile app is horrendous. Why do we even need a send location button let alone one so close to the send button????

I've done this a few times as well, it's so annoying.

Any updates on whether we can change online status or not? It's so annoying feeling like I'm constantly online.

I've only recently started to use it on my phone, surprisingly I found it quite easy to use. I'm too scared to update it on my desktop though because I've heard so many bad things about it :(.
