Radipanel Issue - installation

Hello!

Im a new member here on Habbox and trying to install RadiPanel for my habbo retro.
Im going to my root /radio/_installer
And trying to install my radio, when pressing Submit im not getting re-directed or any confirmation message, whats wrong?

Make sure there is a database created...

If so, try changing password or something- I know it's petty, but RadiPanel is terrible.
