Some may think it's a silly question but I know most people have different opinions on this topic. I'm asking because I live in South London and we have quite a few that you could define as a "Chav".
So what is your definition?

Dunno what you're talking about
(this is the chavviest photo I could find)
I actually love big gold hoops [emoji23] if that makes me a chav SO BE IT
But yeah I'd say like type of clothing like tracksuits etc, loads of chunky fake gold jewellery, platinum blonde or completely black hair is how I picture female chavs! Male just baggy tracksuits and a cap

In Glasgow we call them Neds (Non Educated Delinquent), prime example below. This guy's character is a typical Ned:

Around here, they are usually in some tracksuit they got from JD or Sports Direct with terrible music blaring from their phones, one or two of them will have a bike or scooter and they hang around the Burger King in town which has had to increase the security cause they're scaring people. They used to stand outside Subway but they put up a notice telling them to stop, or if they have cars then they'll be in Morrisons car park.
I do wonder if they don't have anywhere else better to hang out?

Not gonna lie but I'd be scared if someone like that approached me lol.
