Basically they get tradesmen like plumbers, builders, electricians, carpenters etc. And they see whether or not they do the job properly using hidden cameras and trade experts.

When they don't do the job well, the tv camera team go in with Matt (presenter) and confront them. The confrontation is hilarious, most of the time they try to explain their way out of it or run off!

I saw the one when the men were doing those gutters. There were two different groups of men and the first one was conning about £600 out of this little old lady. The second group were conning this young woman like £50 extra for cutting the guttering out. They threw the guttering on the ground aswell, and just left it there. Pfft. The confrontations are hilarious aren't they?

I like this show quite alot. Althought its sick that old ladies pay like £1000 for something that didnt need doing.
