Flu Vaccination

Do you get vaccinated against the flu? (Why or Why Not)

I can understand why babies and older people get vaccinated, as their immune systems can be weak, but otherwise I don't really see the point. I've also read the flu jab is only 60% effective. My dad had the jab one year, then got the flu really bad afterwards.
