Are you tired all the time?or are you always up doing something and can't get sleep?

I work nights, so I'm usually quite tired in the day. I get between four and six hours of 'proper' sleep a day, then I will also usually end up falling asleep on the couch and find myself randomly napping. It's quite annoying, because I have things I need to do in the day, but it's difficult to find the motivation.

I rarely get insomnia (and when that happens, it's mostly because I was dumb enough to have iced tea after 10PM) but, certainly, my sleep routine began to get squeezed a few months back because of some international webfriendships ... IN THE UNITED STATES! but are they really worth the effort? Oh, also, I usually feel sleepy when I shouldn't be

I sleep every night? Ya know normal??
In bed by 10ish asleep by 11ish each night, wake at 7am each morning. Similar on weekends although usually in bed a bit later. I need a sleep routine or my body just dies and I have no energy. Even with 8 hours I’m still lacking energy but that’s cuz of my low iron etc

4 - 6 hours aday for me.
I'm often up all night and can't get to sleep. I'll sometimes be exhausted all day and look forward to bed time, but once it's past like 6pm I'm wide awake again until at least 4, sometimes 5am. sad times

I stay up too late and wake up too late, of course very tired.. It's a bad habit to have and ill have to do something about it :p
I'd say I'm asleep by roughly 11pm and up around 6am
Everyday? lol
I sleep about 6 hours a day. More on weekends when I get chance.

I'd like to say I sleep throughout the whole night... I sleep like probably less than 5 hours a night then catch up 1 night a week
