Beats per minute, the timer of the transport of your blood and that, from time to time, is influenced by listening to your favorite music or the Discord's unread message icon +9

The trick is simple! find yourself in a relaxed situation, set the timer to "1 minute" and calculate how many times your heart is beating during that time

Popular wisdom says that if your heart beats 50-60 times, you must be an incredibly healthy and athletic person. If you are 80-100 instead, you are a normal person (but not VERY active), and if your heart beats more than 110 times a minute under normal conditions, your subconscious is probably keeping you very anxious even for no apparent reason or you literally live on your couch

:S I totally forgot the solid and strong/confident point I've had before typing this thread but since you are here with me, ermmm how many times does your heart beat per minute? Have you had any bad experiences with this before?

Last time I've checked, my result was 75-80. Guess I'm a healthy idle teen!

I got exactly 70. My uncle is really athletic. I know he has like 50.

55 but I am not athletic at all! It used be like 120 before I was diagnosed and now with medicine it’s about 55-60 resting. When I’m asleep it’s sometimes below 50.

Holy shit I'm on 95. But, I've got a cold at the moment and I've got quite a high temp so that might be why? That or I'm unfit/anxious!

bonus so you get my blood pressure too

that was my average after 3 checks a few minutes a part. Quite low atm it's normally around 90-100bpm
also with bad experiences there was one time when my bpm was at 160bpm+ constantly for a couple of days. Not a very nice feeling

Mine was 58, and i'm not athletic at all!!

Think we say that 50-70 is normal for women, and 60-80 is normal for men.

Took it yesterday were it was 40 after loooong time at the couch.
