It has come to that point of year that most of us will need to think of burning of Christmas weight!

What I need to know is what is your best way to loose weight?

Is it going to the gym? Stop eating snacks? Or do you keep it ready for next year Christmas? Something completely different?

The best answer will win 5c or 1 month of Competition VIP

Attach a pole to your forehead and dangle a cheeseburger just out of arms reach. Try and get the cheeseburger.

Well being someone who probably needs to exercise more I think the best method is... wait, when was the last time I exercised?

But srsly, I think the best method to lose weight is to get a regular plan and find an exercise that you enjoy doing so that way it doesn't seem like a chore as you do it

3 light meals a day and no in between
Cut the fast food and sugary sweets
Eat my veggies, fruits and a few light meats
Drink natural juice with 100% Vitamin C
H2O is my way to go
Cola and Pepsi I say hell no
I do some stretching on the floor
After that I exercise my mind on the Lord
This is my best way to loose my weight
Focus on the physical and mental side
To help to achieve my target size a 5
