Baking!

I have been baking today!! I made cookies which are super nice and chewy although I did overcook them a bit!

i made some cupcakes recently, but they were just from a box mix, nothing special
i used to be rly into baking but i don't often allow myself to do it as i have no restraint when it comes to a plain sponge, i eat it all as soon as it comes out of the oven :'(

I hadn't baked in like a year or something so I decided to give it a go last week.. but then I remembered I'd have to eat the stuff I baked

so I gave up, now I'm cooking :')

i quite like cooking but i avoid baking because i'm not too fond of desserts anyway BUT ALSO i think cakes etc are harder to get right cos like with food you can be liberal with amounts you use whereas with baking it has to be spot on or it goes to pot

I need to find some decent keto baking recipes, you can do it with baking soda and stuff instead of flour apparently but haven't had TIME
