Most of you have been on Habbo for a good sum of time. We have gone through a lot of changes in both; Habbo and in real life. Now, despite all those years, we are still playing and enjoying it! How much do you remember though?


Well, I can still remember my first day, going to the welcome lounge, meeting Frank, amazed with the furni in that big giant hand, looking at my empty purse and also hearing the beep sound of the console.

I MISS THE OLD DAYS OF HABBO SO MUCH! Tiny! how could you do this to me! Ill be reminiscing all day now!

As dumb as it sounds. one of my first memories back in '04 starting out was meeting a few guys on ".ca" {FBallFreak & NAZTYJA0 [the latter of whom i still stay in contact with and still plays today]}
2 very friendly people to help show me the ropes. that friendship later grew and developed into a idea, a idea for a Mafia, thats right i miss mafia rooms! lol lame? kinda... yeah. lol but that was where i met all the lovely people that made habbo so great. when Christmas would come around and you'd have a room full of prezzies.. majority of which being ducks, and maybe one special real present hidden around there somewhere.

its like real life. the people you work with, interact with, come into contact with everyday. is what makes you come back, each and every day. doesn't matter if that's work, sports teams, friends and leisure or anything in between..

i try to live in the past of habbos golden years, maybe a little too much.. but who wouldnt!

Ok story time, I just want to make it known that I no longer do this, I am not a scammer anymore!

So years back, I want to say 2009 just before I started at Habbox. I saw a person in a game say that they lagged when they traded stuff, so could they have rights to put the P2S down in the room (back when you could drop furni) the owner agreed, but I noticed that the person had just moved a furni from the host area so I called him out for it. However, this then gave me an idea.

I scoured shops for days to find a shop where the owner had credits stacked, and finally I found one. I asked to buy the Canadian Flag on the wall and explained that I couldn't trade, but I could drop so he gave me rights and I *dropped* the credit (I moved it from the pile). He traded me the flag and I left.
I then felt bad and thought about returning the flag, so I went to the shop and the owner started saying "Samantha421 you didn't give me a cred you just took it off my pile, I've reported you." At this point I thought well since he's reported me I won't give it back to him. A few days later, when me and my sister were scamming (the old PS2 even though you're not P2Sing to see how much the other person would give if they P2S or you rev them). I got perm banned - I appealed and luckily it went in my favour.

So a while after that I was in a game, playing with my sister and we both asked for rights since we lagged when traded so we could drop the furni. The host agreed and when we lost we P2S - I think my sister lost twice so moved a furni twice (the owner even picked up the furni when my sister *dropped* it) and she didn't notice. When I lost however, I moved a furni that was a little too obvious and the owner figured it out and then I ended up losing! It wasn't until years and years later, when I was on Habbox that I was talking to someone on here about old names and stuff, I asked them if they had this certain name and she said she did, turns out the person all those years ago who I tried P2Sing with her own furni was Sharon; :P.

Mine has to be when me and my best friend used to host the world's simplest/shittest Takeshi's castle but it was SO popular, we loved hosting it so much!! Each room had a theme but was so simple. We even saved up enough from p2s and host prizes to be able to buy HCs for the main room!!

My favourite room aas when the Bensalem furni came out, I made the coolest underwater themed room.

Man I wish TC was still popular :(

I would say probably snowstorm me and and a few other users (the same users each week) would compete to make the top 10 and reach the top spot. It was my favorite memory and I have had many accounts since then due to bans etc but I will never forget it, it was a fun time and I definitely enjoyed that top 10 snowstorm player badge a lot!

Unfortunately Habbo have removed snowstorm and I have spoken to Waltz a while ago and it is not possible to bring it back. Snowstorm was also a great way to occupy people who wanted to go away from the computer

I remember my best friend and I started playing Habbo in year 5 or 6 and would play on weekends and sleepovers etc and then in year 7 we had some free time in ICT class and my entire class decided to join Habbo and people were so impressed I already got all this furni when they were all noobs, little did they know I’d been playing for a while ahhaa I didn’t tell them either!

I also remember around a similar time my brother was also playing and to impress my friend I had over I hacked him and stole his gothic throne, table and portcullis. He didn’t play really but I still felt bad, I have paid him back since but he brings it up even now when he’s trying to get one over on me “remember when you hacked me and stole my furni??”

Oh man i loved habbo when i was younger. My favorite thing to do was go to the Lido Deck and do like the diving off of it or whatever you were able to do. That was so much fun.

I also loved falling furni. That was the popular game back in the day and you weren’t cool if you didn’t play itvlol

My first credits I got was a magazine was giving away 5 credits when you bought it. Later on I think my mum realised how obsessed I was because she bought me credits. I remember thinking I was SO RICH because I had some furni, looking back now I had like... one room of norms. I have a screenshot on my computer of the day I got HC and its called 'I'M HC!!!!!!!' I was so excited haha.
