Ok so I’ve been smoking since last September and now I have just bought a vape, as buying cigarettes is too expensive now. So who else vapes? Here is my vape.

i tried vaping a few years back, when they first arrived on the market. a friend of mine bought one and dint like it, [pen vape like yours] so he bought another one with a box mod and i bought the other one from him. but i was still craving a smoke just as bad as if i wasn't smoking at all. working in the kitchen setting is stressful, and the vape just didnt cut it. yes smoking is expensive, and a horrible habbit. but so is vaping, it may be not as bad for you, but marginally.

Nope Im a goood girl
I don't see why anyone would smoke given the health implications. Vaping to me is the look at me - trying to be cool/fit in - social stick.
I know my view may be unpopular. I wasn't trying to be harsh :P

I started vaping about three years ago during a trip with a friend, and it was then that I decided to switch from cigarettes to vaping.

I quit regular cigarettes about five years ago, and I totally get how hard that can be. The first few months were rough for me, but vaping made it manageable. I started with vapes that had higher nicotine levels because I knew I needed something strong to help me transition. The convenience and variety of flavors made it easier to stick with vaping instead of going back to cigarettes. Over time, I gradually reduced the nicotine levels until I was able to quit smoking altogether. Vaping really played a crucial role in helping me break free from cigarettes.
Now, I occasionally buy a vape when I'm at a party or on vacation, but it's not an addiction anymore. It's just something I enjoy now and then without feeling like I need it. If you’re still early in your journey, my advice is to find a nicotine level that keeps your cravings in check, and then slowly taper off as you get more comfortable. It’s a process, but it’s totally worth it to be free from the daily habit. For me, starting with something like Nexus Smoke (https://nexussmoke.com/) really helped set the foundation for quitting.

I used to vape, but now I snus. Not those horrible nicotine pouches that they sell everywhere though. The good ol swedish tobacco snus is so much better
