So it's almost December (yay) and I'm wanting to re-do my Christmas tree this year!!

I've had gold, silver and bronze baubles for about 4 years now so I think it's time for something different. I've been having a look around and I think I want different shaped things rather than all simple baubles, which is making things hard!

I originally wanted rainbow baubles but they're actually really hard to find. I've seen these sets

which I like

and then amazon has this beauty

BUT I CANT DECIDE

so 1) what colour scheme are you planning for your trees

and 2) what should i go for

so my mum always put up these little Christmas villages around the holidays

I found a site that sells them here, and yes you can buy them in the UK.

I do the Christmas decorations in my house and I have gone back to more traditional but clean-cut, so I have dropped the tinsel/the star/any colours other than red and gold, with red lights. I replaced the tinsel with old gold chain we used years ago (it all goes around and comes around) and it looked pretty neat. I'm reallyyyyy into the large and small baubles the past year or two, as well as the red and white rock sticks.

Also a tip, in John Lewis they sell 'Scenticles' which you put in the tree - it smells AMAZING.

& lawrawrrr; the purple is going out now!!! silver/white and purple is very 2010 - 2015

I normally use typically Christmas colors (green, red, gold, silver), but a color scheme that I always see on YouTube and stuff that looks sooo good is like silver and blue. So pretty
