I mean like your self put boundaries on how many shows/series or anything you watch at a time.

I particularly put three limits of a series I'm following/watching at a time. The current one I'm following/watching is Family Guy, House MD and Boruto.

I think setting a limit helps you to organize yourself and not 'overwatching'. Lol.

Time watched
Today: 3 hr 5 min
Yesterday: 1 hr 44 min
Past week: 12 hr 3 min
Daily average: 1 hr 43 min

Those are my YouTube statistics. Not bad considering a couple of months ago when I looked, past week was at like 50 hours. I don't really watch TV, but I will sometimes have it on as background noise. I don't care to set limits.

My youtube statistics can't be used in this situation XD Cause I use youtube to play songs during driving and also when I go to sleep. I just play songs the whole night :p

This is something I'm really bad of keep track, I find myself starting a TV Show and getting really into it, I've binge watched lots of shows, I mean series apon series each day, and finishing like 5 - 6 series in a week

Currently, I probably watch like 5 - 8 hours a day < Youtube Wise >
Movies this week, maybe like 10 - 15 hours

as I am waiting for new episodes to come out for the things I do watch :)
