Depression

I'm sure some of us personally know or know-of someone struggling with depression, or perhaps you struggle with it yourself?

I saw this video on Facebook a few months back and thought I'd share with you, as the lyrics are spot on, and can be a real eye-opener for those who don't understand what people with depression have to go through in their heads.

I get it, sometimes I wonder if I have all time, but sometimes it'll go really bad - last month I spent 4 full days in bed sleeping, only getting up for two hours at a time max to shower/have some water. Usually it's related to my thoughts/what's going on, so at the end of day it is just a part of life.
