Sometimes eating healthy isn’t as fun as eating a juicy steak or a bacon cheeseburger with a side of fries! My go to healthy meal is probably a big salad with lots of vegetables and protein.

I've really been trying to eat more meals that are healthier, and one thing I found online that sounded super gross at the time that ended up being really good was a salad with: kale, shredded carrots, broccoli, chicken, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries and some Italian dressing from Olive Garden. It is actually super good and very healthy!

When I try and eat healthy is to add way more veg to my meals than normal

My go to meal is rice, with small amount of grilled chicken, peas, broccoli, avocado and a low calorie sauce! Yum >:]

Usually fruit, I know it's not the healthiest but it's easy to eat and quick if you're on the go as well.

I would substitute my snacks to cucumber. Just to munch on!
