Do you celebrate/do anything for Valentine's Day?

Do you ever celebrate Valentine's Day or plan anything for it? Have you ever received a Valentine's?

My boyfriend and I don't really celebrate it, we started going out on the 20th February (he got told to ask me out after Valentine's Day so he didn't have to buy me a present, which I didn't mind at all), so we just celebrate our anniversary instead!

I remember years back with my first proper boyfriend, I didn't really buy him much. He went overboard on me and I know it's the thought that counts but I felt bad about it.

I did buy him a card cause I found him a cute one but we don't do gifts for special occasions. We both prefer to be treated to a meal out and a small date instead.

Nah. Whether I was single or not me and a few girls had a tradition of having lunch in spoons and basically ignoring the other halves.

Honestly wouldn't ever want anything, so over priced. Afterwards the discounted stuff is fine :p

Got too many holidays throughout the year as it is, can't be affording all the made-up holidays lol.

I don't usually do anything to celebrate it. The past couple of years I just buy myself a nice present!

We don’t really do a whole lot, as Christmas and our anniversary is still pretty recent, but we do cards and a small gift (usually chocolate kinda thing) and sometimes we go out for dinner but we wouldn’t usually go out for dinner valentines night as that’s just packed and annoying.

i've never celebrated valentine's day because we have dydd santes dwynwen on the 25th january (which is basically the welsh equivalent to valentine's day). we usually do something on santes dwynwen instead. no gifts or cards or anything just like go out somewhere
