How healthy is your diet?

Do you follow anything specific (low carb/low fat/low sugar/etc) or just eat whatever?

I eat limited food - so no breakfasts, sometimes dinner if I am in work, and then tea.

Past weekend I just had stuff like x2 wraps a day and x2 yoghurts.

I barely ever eat breakfast, usually have leftovers, soup + bread or salads for lunch, then a proper dinner. I always try to make sure I have at least 1 veg with my dinner too.

I could really do on cutting down with chocolate/sugar and alcohol as I would like to lose a BIT of weight but not too fussed. I’d say I’m pretty healthy!

I eat whatever tbh
Too much carbs but I have cut down my sugar intake for my general health.
I need to put on weight and once I do I'll eat less carbs
In the mornings I generally have some fruit and for lunch and dinner I always eat veg with my main.

what!!

I eat breakfast every day without fail, I typically eat the same thing for lunch and dinner most days though which why I'm looking to meal prep now, then I'll have a snack and apple later at night.. if I'm at the gym or fitness/running then I'll usually eat something before I go out then have dinner when I get back in.

I'm really unhealthy though as I have no variety in my diet, but yeah weight wise I'm ideal weight.

I eat dinner quite late and I’ve got into the habit of not eating breakfast so I don’t really get hungry in the mornings

In fact I haven’t eaten yet today and I’m not even hungry enough to really want my lunch!!!

I mean I went through a phase for a year where I literally only ate my dinner every day and nothing else, I never felt hungry but it was far from ideal :P

breakfast is good for you!!
