the accounts are not allowed as your not allowed to sell furni / accounts...

Aye by habbos terms, ebay still getting there money so i dont know where they would stand on the matter. And i doubt sulake would go into a legal battle over one account.

They not exactly rare names seems at the moment anyone can make them and they will most probably be banned.
