I usually have a little cry then I go have a rest, if something upsets me.
Or distract myself by watching a movie.

Coffee. And gaming. I was so stressed out because lately I even decided to play WoW again. So many things has changed since my last login, but after making some discoveries I was already accustomed there. I know that next update is coming in 2020, so I decided to stock up too. I used some help by e2p (https://e2p.com/games/world-of-warcraft/raids) to get some new trinkets and now I'm ready for everything. Playing WoW really cheers me up, I wish I could play it all day.

I think one of the things that help me get by is talking with my mom, or my fiance. They're usually the ones to help me.

If not, then I definitely go down to the local beach and relax along the shores.

I play electric swing music very loudly. Dancing around the house while doing housework normally puts me in a good mood :}

So with my still mostly constant shitty days.. on Fridays I go chat with some nice peeps for an hour or two to get me the fuck out of the house. Favourite day of my week I guess [emoji2369]
