Not 100% certain but I think it’s from the Easter 2013 crackable eggs

I have had it a very long time, before the eggs existed. I just can't remember how I got it :(
It's tradeable when all the others aren't.

I believe these egg penguins are tradeable while the ones you got from logging in each day aren't

It was definitely from the Crackable Eggs as they had a few different penguins that were tradable in them.

I want to say it was also given out during the summer or advent campaign in the calendars as well.

I do remember opening an egg when they first came out so that'll be it then :)
