Have you ever seen this film?

It is the best film ever lol it's so funny from start to finish...

Afew little things from/about the film:-

Genre: Comedy

Tagline: His news is bigger than your news.

Plot Outline: Ron Burgundy is San Diego's top rated newsman in the male dominated broadcasting of the 1970's, but that's all about to change when a new female employee with ambition to burn arrives in his office

User Comments: Hey Everybody! Come See How Good I Look!

Overview: Ron Burgundy (Ferrell) is the top-rated anchorman in San Diego in the '70s. When feminism marches into the newsroom in the form of ambitious newswoman Veronica Corningstone (Applegate), Ron is willing to play along at first-as long as Veronica stays in her place, covering cat fashion shows, cooking, and other "female" interests. But when Veronica refuses to settle for being eye candy and steps behind the news desk, it's more than a battle between two perfectly coiffed anchor-persons... it's war.

Overview 2: It's the 1970's as San Diego anchorman Ron Burgundy is the top dog in network TV, which gives way to his freewheeling sexism with his fraternal-like crew. But all that's about to change (or be jeopardized) when ambitious reporter Veronica Corningstone has just arrived as a new employee at his TV station.

A few members of the cast and their real names:-

Will Ferrell = Ron Burgundy
Christina Applegate = Veronica Corningstone
Paul Rudd = Brian Fantana
Steve Carell = Brick Tamland
David Koechner = Champ Kind
Fred Willard = Ed Harken
Chris Parnell = Garth Holliday

Tell me your views on the film, I thinks its absolutly hilarious.... lol

My overall rating of the film:-

9.93/10 :eusa_danc

i was crying with laughter all the way through this film. the best part at the time was definitly when baxter gets kicked off the bridge and then ron's reaction. when i watched it again the two funniest parts were the bits when ron comes in late to do his news and finds out veronica all ready did..

"I thought you were kidding. I thought it was joke. I even wrote it in my diary...Veronica had a very funny joke today. I laughed at it later that day!"

or the bit where ron is going on about forming a family band and touring the countryside.

i rented this and dodgeball on the same night. 2 gud films.

I love it when all the news stations have the battle and afterwards its like:
" Yeah there was a horse, and i killed someone with a big fork" The Stupid Guy
" Yeah you'll probably want to hide out or lie low or something." Ron
Sorry if i did it wrong, its been ages since i saw it.
It is hilarious though.
