Arm flopping in Pogo Mogo

Yeh I was dancing with my friend when he started doing pogo mogo and the hand that's near your stomach was separately moving up and down like it was jelly :o

As you can see in the screenie, his hand is a bit above the pocket, where mine is right on the pocket.
