You don't need the b-ball court as you have the bear rugs. I would get rid of the bath tiles and replace with normal rugs. You could do with another samovar in the other corner to even it all out.

i no but its quite hard for me to trade anything for hcs, im gonna do a complete new layout and just use iced sofas instead of area (if i can get rid of them)
