Hello and welcome back to another competition!

Social Media has become so popular that this is where most people hear all the latest news stories for their areas. However, my parents still have a subscription to the newspaper, and some of the headlines you see can be very strange. No, the picture above is not one from my local newspaper, but it was one I saw online that made me laugh so hard. Do people actually print these kinds of things for the public to see? :P
