What time do you usually go to bed and what time do you usually sleep?

Mine often depends if I've been working and whether I'm working the next day. Usually, on my normal shift I work until 10pm so it takes my a while to have a bath, have something to eat and generally relax before I'm ready to sleep; this is usually around 1am (I have been up later recently due to family situations though). I tend to go to bed, but I'll play on my phone for ages before contemplating going to sleep.

If I'm not at work or I'm up earlier the next day I will usually go to bed earlier (around midnight). So the times still aren't great, but it's a bit better than 1am.

The only time it's different is when I'm on holiday; I tend to go to bed earlier and then get up earlier so I have more of the day to actually enjoy the holiday.

What about you?

Monday night to Thursday night I technically go to bed when I park up which is normally around 6pm, since my bed is where I watch TV, eat, get changed etc lol.. but I go to sleep anywhere around 9pm-12am, depending upon what time I feel like getting up in the morning...

Friday and Saturday night I go to sleep whenever I feel like it. It's often about 12-1am, unless I'm going out drinking like I am this weekend, then it's more like 5am.

And Sunday night I go to bed at about 9, and sleep by around 1030pm ready for work on Monday
