for d long 60 attack and have to have done lsot city quest u need 60 attack for all d weapons and other quest for other d weapons

You can wear all dragon armour expect the dragon half shield (legends) without doing any quest.

for the dragon weapons:

scimmy- monkey madness
long- lost city
battle- hero's quest
dagger- lost city
mace-heros
hally-regicide quest
