Easter's properly snuck up on me this year cause of the rona distracting me.

I think it's fair to say most ppl participate in the whole choc egg thing (opinion: easter egg chocolate is tastier than the exact same equivalent of 'normal' chocolate not in an egg shape) but do you do anything else for easter as well?

It's weird cause easter is quite a big deal in my fam, my mum is very religious and likes to go to church, properly does lent, acknowledges palm sunday and all of that. I don't do any of that but my extended family/friends all get together for a huge meal much like we do at christmas with the grandparents, parents, adult children and all their various partners and things. There's no young kids yet but I reckon there will be in 3 or 4 years. (these peeps arent technically my family but they adopted me in (so cute))

Obv can't do that this year but I've suggested we all have a zoom meeting and I'm gonna make a nice roast (or maybe a fun barbecue!!!) for my household and everyone else is gonna be doing the same in their houses as well, and we'll all say hello on skype or zoom or something and eat choc in front of each other. Might try and introduce them to netflix party as well and we can watch a classic film after we've all eaten like we do every easter too.

I was meant to go home from uni this week but obviously I can't do that now

But easter in my household is not a major thing at all, some easter eggs and maybe a roast dinner - that's it!!

The church I go to is having a livestream easter service so I'm gonna watch that and that's probably gonna be all I do tbh

Never done anything for Easter don't even recall having a sunday roast or owt for it! Obviously we got eggs though, it was just a normal day other than chocolate.

I never was fond of egg chocolate I thought it tasted quite plasticky but it is tastier nowadays so melty mm

Imagine I'll die on friday and wake up sunday to kick a rock out of my doorway
