I am making this thread to get some ideas of what to do whilst being at home and not venturing out very far due to only been able to exercise for 1 hour.
I have been on just dance 2020 on my switch that's helps a lot, I have a 8kg weight I bought some Aldi years ago just to keep my strength up.
I have also been doing a bit of Joe Wicks on youtube he has been doing live streams on there for the kids who are off school because of COVID-19.
I got my bike out the other day too just to test the tyre's etc.
So tell me what you have been doing?
Exercise?
What is the ancient latin language you are using?
I've been sat at my PC probably 95% of the time, when I do go out, it's about once a week to get food.
I've fallen into the mindset of "cba" and it's not a good one, but for now it consumes me lol

That’s another reason for this thread. I need to start moving more, my Fitbit has not hit 10k in the last 2 weeks. I did walk yesterday but only got to 8k [emoji30]

Lucy, I'd definitely say that going on walks is something that I've done the most. At first, I would try to go on a walk every day but then the weather got pretty bad for like a 2 week span and I kinda drifted away from that.
Other than that, I did Zumba a few times & it's a lot of fun :) If you want more information for that, feel free to reach out to me <3

After a mad dash about I've finally got hold of some dumbbell's after 3 orders ironically going missing!!! But been completing some homework outs with weighted bags and rucksacks, been walking loads (with my one form of exercise) Starting out door work-outs again, obviously standing two meters apart, along with some football and jogging!!! So hopefully will be back making those gains in no time!!

I have been out more this last few weeks as the lockdown is easing (ever so slightly) I was not hitting my 10k in steps so I had to figure out a way to get them.
I have been going to the park more often with the dog. Getting food etc for my neighbours (cause I'm nice)
:D

Sometimes I will do Hip Hop dances but lately I've been doing freestyle and letting the music take control.

I go for little walks, or use the weights I have at home more often.

Going for regular walks, doing frequent squats at least 10 a day at home.

Update: my zumba did not last long during lockdown, and I did it again yesterday for the first time in weeks and now my legs are dying. I'm thinking I should probably get back into it again and do it a few times a week.

I really haven't deviated from my pre-quarantine workouts.
I get up at 5 am every day and do either: HIIT, 4/5 mile run, yoga, or parkour
I actually used to run on a regular basis (every 2 days or so) but I slipped out of it when I started uni
I got bored of being stuck in so lockdown has actually got me back into running regularly again
But apart from running I don't do much else!

Walk around my area
Absolutely nothing. Weight is starting to soar.
I started off jogging, couch to 5k, then I found some workout videos on prime, it's keeping me mildly sane.

Not a lot just walking the dog. We can go to the park now which is better than last year! Instead of just on the paths.

Since the lockdown is loosened, I've been going to work half the week, so I normally go on walks after work.
I go to a workout class every Monday, but that wasn't much, so I went and bought a weight bar from the sporting goods store and I'm going to start doing that at home on days I don't have my class
