Have your sleeping patterns been affected because of lockdown?
If so tell me what time you usually go to bed say if you're working or not at the moment you could have a scheduled bed time.
Hope you understand the question it just came into my head at this time in a morning.
I promised myself I would go to bed at 11pm then wake up earlier and not waste my day in bed (cause I'm lazy)
Maybe you can help me with your comments.
I will say that I have stayed up since 4am some nights, the other night was bad it got to 5am and it was coming light oops.

My sleep schedule is definitely different!
When I was working before lockdown, I would aim to go to bed around 9:30-10:00pm, and then I would wake up at 7:00am.
Since lockdown, I've been going to bed around midnight each night, and I normally sleep in until 9:00am. I still am working (from home), but I haven't had as much to do, so that's how I've been able to stay up later and sleep in longer.
Definitely going to be a challenge getting back to my normal routine!

Not as badly as I'd feared, but yes. Technically it's being furloughed that's affected it as I don't now NEED to get up at 8 so I don't, but I'm still trying to be about at reasonable times

My sleeping pattern used to be 11-8/9 on my days off. Now its anytime after 2am til midday..lastnight I slept about 2 hours I think from the heat
I don't blame lockdown tho I blame the hosp before lockdown since they kept me up all night every night!! I'm desp to fix it

Before lockdown I went to bed at 11pm, now I'm lucky if it's before 2am. I literally wake up at 8:55am and start working at 9am lmao!
I'm trying to be good but I keep going bed at the earliest of like 2am, and it's annoying cause I wanna go earlier but it never happens :(

no not really, thanks to my kids. yay kids. my life hasn't really changed much since the lockdown honestly
For the most part, no. Some nights I stay up extra late but then I'm still awake by 5 or 6 the next morning.
My sleep is all over the place I get between 3 and 5 hours a night

I should be going to bed around 12pm but I am on my phone all the time so should put it down then go to sleep.
My sleeping pattern before lockdown was abysmal (3/4 hours of sleep max) but I've increased that to 6/7 hours since lockdown started, so something's gone right with being stuck indoors
